Visited Boeing

Steve 就職的波音公司于10月6日举行家庭日，让職員可帶家人到公司参觀。他帶我到他的辦公桌，其辦事處很大但辦公桌也很多，所以说每人的辦公桌都不會很寬。而生產機件部就非常寬大。另一個高層人員的辦公樓比較舒适，那里有一展厅展示各款的小模形飛機及太空船。另一個地區是靠近機场，展示幾款軍機。該處也特設食物、飲料及禮品给每位参觀者。

可惜内部都不能照相…所以你只能想像生產飛機的大公司。

Steve works at Boeing and it held a family day on Oct 6. All the staff could bring their family members to visit on that day. He brought me to his desk which is in a large office with many desks. That means every desk does not have much space. However, the factory space is huge. The other building is for executives and is nicer. They have a display room (the Prologue Room) for many designs of aircraft models and spaceships. The other area we visited is next to the airport and was displaying some military aircraft. They also used that area to serve food & drinks and gave a free gift to every visitor.

Cameras are not allowed…so you need to imagine how huge the aircraft factory is.
