After that, we were driving up 16 miles from the gate ($15 per person or $50 per car) to Pikes Peak..

'FeiLong' did well driving 16 miles up the mountain to parking lot from the gate, then a shuttle took us the last 3 miles to the summit.

We headed to Crested Butte

We asked some information at visitor center.

There has free shuttle bus ride up to Gothic.

But someone who live here during summer, he told us, it's easy just to drive up.

So, we did.

 After that, we drove the scenic route.

Great Sand Dune National Park

We wonder how this huge pile of sand was built in the middle of a green field?

Need to walk across the little stream to the sand dune.

It's too hot, still far to walk to the sand dune.

We decided turn back to the car.
