我得到人給自家種的瓜果菜，我都很高興。
今年我種比較有收成的，只有長豆，所以也很高興的分享給朋友。
第二次再要給朋友時，朋友說：你的長豆太老了。
她的坦白直言，我才曉得，有些人是很在意，即使那是免費的東西。

長豆長得很快，有時一、两天我沒去摘，它們就老了。通常我自己要煮長豆來吃的那天，我才去摘，都是先摘老的，還是可以吃的，我很少浪費食物，因為從小家教的影嚮，聽說有許多非洲人沒食物吃啊！長豆也被黑蟻及小昆蟲吃得很不美，沒農藥是這樣的呀，切掉被咬的部份不就可以了。
我想我也是要反省一下，我不在意的，未必别人也會不在意…

Don't feel bad when people say something that hurt our feelings. You are right that everyone is different. The truth is that there are very few people who know how to criticize in a beautiful way. It takes training. 🙂

I am ok, in fact I didn't see it as criticize. Some people just frankly, I might had this kind of mistake in the past, frankly.. even I didn't know people would get hurt or not.
It's nothing wrong about being straight forward. It would be better if we could say it in a way that no one's feeling is hurt.
