They said, “Here is Heaven”, so I came to see Heaven with my own eyes… Eyes are enjoying it, but my body is struggling.

I found that Heaven’s scenery is beautiful but the path is tough.

他們說這里是天堂，所以我來親眼看看天堂… 眼睛很享受，身體卻不恭維。

原來，天堂是美景，路途卻艱辛。

In fact, whether it is Heaven or not, is not because of the scenery (sound, smell, taste, touch) experienced with the eyes and other senses. It matters how the mind perceives.

Do we ever ask: “is my mind in ‘Heaven’?”

其實，是不是天堂，不關眼睛或其它感官對情景（聲、香、味、觸）的經歷。而是心境產生的念頭。

可有問自己: “我的心有和天堂在一起嗎？”
