Pan Mee

我不知道我煮的這碗麵，能不能叫做板麵？雖然材料不完全如馬來西亞小販檔賣的，所謂板麵就是用當場制作麵及煮熟，我這碗的麵確實我們自己制作的。
I didn’t know if this bowl of noodle soup can be called ‘Pan Mee’? Even my noodle soup’s ingredients are not exactly the same as Malaysia’s hawkers; the noodles are homemade by us. A ‘pan mee’ hawker makes the noodles on-the-spot and cooks them when they are ordered by the customer.
