Neuroscience research study for meditation

Steve volunteered to be a guinea pig in a neuroscience research study at Washington University for meditation.

It took about 2.5 hours. So I killed time wandering the campus.

This week is my turn to be a test subject in this study.

They connect the person to an EEG machine to record brain activity during different types of meditation.

This display shows whether the sensors are making good contact with the scalp. All of the dots should be green.

七項不同狀况出現的腦波
一項念随想
一項聽演講
四項各别方法被引導的禪修 - Present moment, focus breaths, Scanning body and Loving kindness
一項自己用方法的禪修
到底這些腦波有何不同?
