ShuLin,They're popular in Malaysia. The texture is very soft & the cookie melts in your mouth. Steve is very picky, so if he likes them, they must be really good.
It sounds delicious. Why aren't we eating some? I remember one year you made some heart shape cookies with pineapple jam. They were so good!ShuLin
