韮菜煎餅


自家園的韮菜不多,不過只要割一些就可做韮菜煎餅。
真恨不得能空中翻餅,原圓全餅煎另一面。
要不要試試?

罷了,怕丢了!


可口能吃就好。

  2. Chinese chives, they grow every year in our garden. I cut some of them, mixed with tofu, flour, salt, pepper, eggs, made the vegetable pancake.

    What do you eat with this? I think of pancakes for breakfast with syrup. It's called a pancake because of its flat shape

  4. Ah.. Chinese style 'pancake', I put some chili sauce. that was my lunch and dinner. Steve never eat my food.

  5. I didn't think he would, but I thought "maybe" he knows a good thing by now! I would eat with you. I googled Chinese chives and they show it cooked with scrambled eggs
